Fish: Don't mess with it.


All you need is a little salt, pepper and lime juice - deep fry it in olive oil and you have a fantastic meal. The challenge is keeping it in the oil just long enough, without drying it out. That's down to you.


My favorite is a North Atlantic cod fillet, but it really doesn't matter what fish you use.


The fact is that this is the simplest, tastiest way to cook fish. Period.


Now would my wife's mother please leave me alone...
